Occasional unforeseen circumstances may result in delivery delays. These can include factors such as adverse weather conditions, incorrect address information, or items being misplaced by the carrier.

PROtect offers shipping through UPS, USPS, and FedEx. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred carrier. Each carrier provides package tracking and an estimated delivery date, which may be subject to change.

PROtect is available to assist in the investigation of lost packages. Additionally, we can provide contact information, email and/or phone numbers—for each shipping company to aid in locating and resolving any delivery issues.

Each return request is evaluated individually by our Compliance Department. Defective products may be eligible for return, pending prior authorization and compliance with the company's return policy.

For sanitary and safety reasons, PROtect does not accept returns of opened or used products.
